ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Performance Marketing Lead for our research peptide e-commerce store, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition and revenue growth in the specialized field of research peptides.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to the research peptide market, including paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing efforts based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), with a focus on the unique metrics relevant to the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website conversion rates and improve overall user experience.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budget to maximize growth and achieve performance marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities in the research peptide and life sciences sectors.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for our specialized audience.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content and marketing materials, including ad copy, ad creatives, and post-click experience that resonate with our consumers.
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners to maximize marketing efforts and improve overall performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms, tool providers, and other relevant vendors who cater to our industry.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, with a focus on metrics relevant to our market.
