ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a proven track record in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, and the ability to lead a team to achieve outstanding results. This role is critical in scaling our customer acquisition efforts, optimizing marketing spend, and ensuring the highest possible return on investment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant business results through performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • High level of creativity and strategic thinking, with a customer-centric approach to marketing.
  • Experience in optimizing the customer journey and improving conversion rates across different stages of the funnel.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to, paid search, display, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment with business goals, target audience needs, and market trends.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare and present detailed reports on KPIs, ROI, CPA, LTV, and other key metrics to senior leadership.
Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate the performance marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within budget and deliver a high return on investment.
Optimization & A/B Testing: Lead the implementation of A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance, including testing of creatives, targeting strategies, bidding, and landing pages.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with creative teams, data analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Technology & Tool Management: Oversee the use and integration of marketing tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) to streamline processes and enhance campaign performance.
Customer Journey Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to optimize the customer journey from awareness through conversion and retention, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for all users.
