SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years experience in Performance Marketing inc. managing Paid Search, Social, Programmatic & Affiliate & SEO campaigns
  • Experience in data analytics
  • Experience in a Customer and/ or Marketing team
  • Marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Performance Marketing campaign management
  • External agency management
  • Dynamic, collaborative and adaptable with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proven experience with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation as part of a newly forming and growing customer team, this role will be dedicated to driving consumer customer acquisition at scale.
You will play a leading role in the development and delivery of multi-channel media campaigns to reach & engage target audiences, including but not limited to Paid Search, Programmatic, Social media, Affiliates, Content Partnerships and SEO.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns to reach & engage target audiences and drive customer acquisition at scale, including but not limited to Paid Search, Programmatic, Social media, Affiliates, Content Partnerships and SEO.
  • Day-to-day relationship management of relevant agency partners (media & communications)
  • Work with the Marketing Effectiveness Lead Analyst to ensure campaigns are set-up for tracking and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Lead performance monitoring against target KPIs (inc. Investment, CPM, CTRs, CPA, ROAS), to identify and manage delivery of campaign optimisations to drive investment, cost per acquisition and lifetime value improvements
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders (Customer Insight & Product) to refine customer segmentation/audience profiles, mine analysis and trends of customer behaviour to test and optimise Demand Generation campaigns
  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, refining channel planning and commercial targets
  • Support analysing market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing channel campaigns
  • Day-to-day task management for the Demand Generation Performance Marketing Executive
