Description:
In the role of Performance & SEA Manager (m|f|d), you will use your experience to support our client in the strategic and operational implementation of various projects & campaigns.
Our client is one of the most well-known digital agencies in Salzburg and opened their second location in Vienna this year.
Every day, they create various digital experiences for big players and start-ups, from content strategy to the final product in order to generate the best solution at a high-quality level.
Tasks
Your responsibilities as a SEA Manager include the operational & strategic planning of various online media projects and online marketing strategies, which specifically means:
- Development & implementation of SEA and social paid strategies
- Operational & strategic planning of performance campaigns via Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest & Linkedin
- Strategic and conceptual development of campaigns in collaboration with the Creation Department
- Monitoring of campaign performance & key figures
- Creation of reports & optimization of the campaigns
- Creation of marketing analyses and reports
- Close cooperation with all departments in the company
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience with operational and strategic SEA campaigns
- Expert in ad and campaign management for various channels
- Fluent German or fluent English skills
- Analytical ability, high level of initiative, negotiation and communication skills
- Nice-to-have: Marketing degree or equivalent
- Nice-to-have: initial management experience
