Description:

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Have proven experience in performance marketing, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the sector
  • Experience running PPC (Google & Microsoft), Paid Social (Meta required plus TikTok experience preferred), and affiliates. Display/YT experience a plus
  • Proficient in using key interfaces incl GA4
  • Understanding of relationship between paid and organic activities
  • Have a sensibility towards the Fashion and Luxury sector
  • Ability to identify and track relevant metrics – core understanding of website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Highly organised and driven with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and across a team
  • Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Solutions-focused approach

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy for Paid Media in terms of channel mix, budget allocation & phasing
  • Core channels are PPC, Paid Social & Affiliate with opportunity to explore display & content partnerships where appropriate
  • Feed into global and local campaign planning around collection launches, markdown periods, and other brand moments through the year
  • Manage multiple external agencies and communicate Nanushka’s yearly goals and strategy to ensure our brand is represented in line with our core principles
  • Deploy and create successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, as well as report on performance and ROI on a weekly, monthly and post campaign basis
  • Manage briefs and work closely with our creative team to create engaging assets to support campaigns across all relevant platforms
  • Contribute towards growing CRM & organic community as well as leveraging customer data & insight
  • Oversee the Performance Marketing budget and invoicing process, working closely with vendors and finance team
  • Liaise with data analysts to provide performance forecasts & support with analysis pieces
  • Discover newness and stay up-to-date with digital technology and industry trends
  • Identify and flag opportunities for new channel/partner growth
  • Report into Marketing Director and working collaboratively with the whole marketing & trade teams
