Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our Paid Search and SEO strategies. This role is ideal for a seasoned digital marketing professional with a proven track record in managing paid media campaigns, driving organic search visibility, and delivering measurable business growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
You will work cross-functionally to align paid and organic search efforts with broader marketing objectives, ensuring high-quality lead generation, improved ROI, and a competitive edge in search visibility. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and plays a pivotal role in shaping our performance marketing strategies.
This is a hybrid role (3x/week) in our Northampton office.

SKILLS:

  • Demonstrable expertise in Paid Search and SEO, with hands-on experience managing large or multiple PPC accounts and executing SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and implementing tagging solutions like Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Proven experience in the B2B SaaS industry (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, international SEO, and website migrations.
  • Creative copywriting skills and the ability to develop briefs for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration to align performance marketing with broader business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and execute A/B testing to maximize performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page pillars.
  • Conduct technical audits to improve site crawlability, speed, schema markup, and overall search performance.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and optimize content and metadata to improve organic rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital touchpoints.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing insights to guide decision-making.
  • Align Paid Search and SEO strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and outcomes.
  • Partner with content, product, and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and align campaigns with target audiences.
  • Regularly present performance updates, business cases, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with external vendors and partners to maximize the effectiveness of tools and campaigns.
