We are looking for entrepreneurial marketers who can quickly understand the challenges our industry faces, swiftly taking full ownership over our outbound marketing surface areas and design campaigns that generate revenue! Here are those surface areas:
- Sales Enablement:
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and tools to enhance the sales process.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to the sales team on new products, features, and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address gaps in the sales process and provide solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Design and execute ABM campaigns to target key accounts and drive engagement.
- Develop personalized content and messaging tailored to specific accounts and industries.
- Analyze and report on the performance of ABM campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to align ABM efforts with sales objectives and account strategies.
- Nurture Campaigns:
- Create and manage nurture campaigns to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- Develop content for email marketing, webinars, whitepapers, and other marketing materials to nurture leads.
- Segment and target audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Performance Campaigns and Mass Communications
- Plan and execute mass communication campaigns to inform and engage our customer base and followers.
- Craft compelling messages for email newsletters, social media, blog posts, and other communication channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to best practices in all communications.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of mass communication efforts and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, account-based marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and sales enablement strategies.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
