As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Tset’s growth by optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and generating high-quality leads. We are looking for someone available for 20 hours per week, ideally spread over 5 days. The position can be either freelance or through an employment contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels, with a focus on acquiring and nurturing high-quality B2B leads.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, including CPC, CPL, and ROI, ensuring budget efficiency and effective targeting.
- Utilize (LinkedIn) Campaign Manager to create, launch, and refine lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, improving lead qualification, nurturing, and handoff processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards within HubSpot and Google Analytics to track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, automation, and the B2B SaaS landscape.
