DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
We are seeking an ambitious performance marketing specialist to join our growth team. The candidate will help develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns alongside a talented team of marketers and sales leadership, with a focus on NA and English Speaking markets.
All performance marketing is handled in-house, without any agency support. This is an amazing opportunity to expand their hands-on experience working on paid media platforms, website CMS, marketing CRM, SEO analytics tools, and reporting visualization tools.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work on performance marketing activity across Paid Media channels for the US & Canada in French & English
- Collaborate with broader marketing teams on comprehensive multi-channel strategy across Paid Search, Display, Remarketing, and Meta
- Work closely with the North America Performance Marketing Manager and sales team to optimize audience targeting strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure tests across ad creative and landing pages to optimize conversion
- Collaborate with the SEO team to execute onsite SEO initiatives such as metadata optimization and keyword research
- Monitor and optimize the paid media budget across various performance channels
- Work with the team to track and build automated reports for key performance indicators of media buying activity
- Ability to compile data and reports and provide a thorough analysis to managers
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Propose innovative paid media initiatives aimed at efficiently increasing new user acquisition
- Work with marketing teams to ensure messaging across all channels is consistent and aligned
- Develop close relationships between inside sales and regional sales manager to optimize campaigns and find trends and campaign opportunities
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Search, Display, PMax, YouTube, and Google Gen, including retargeting efforts
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data analysis and performance monitoring, with a preference for GA4 expertise
- Analyze user behavior through heatmap tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow
- Generate and maintain performance reports using Looker Studio
- Collaborate on various projects through Jira and other project management tools
- Develop landing pages, workflows, forms, and email campaigns using HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Conduct basic SEO tasks and onsite analyses with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or SEMRush
- Work independently as a self-starter while effectively collaborating with team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Google Ads
- 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics tools and SEO optimization strategies
- 1+ years of experience in marketing automation and project management platforms
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Google Ads
- 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics tools and SEO optimization strategies
- 1+ years of experience in marketing automation and project management platforms
