Overview:
National Debt Relief is looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on the optimization and innovation of growth channels and sources to drive ROI positive top-line growth.
Working alongside internal and agency partners, this individual will be an integral part of the performance marketing team driving the optimization of paid marketing campaigns and reporting the results to multiple internal stakeholders.
A successful candidate will have experience across multiple paid marketing channels with management of a marketing channel and utilizing data to prove definitively that incremental investment resulted in positive return. They will also have a track record of bringing novel solutions to the table to improve paid campaigns and demonstrate a knowledge of the latest advancements in each channel they help manage.
This highly analytical role requires a candidate with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of campaigns on a variety of offline/digital platforms via agency partnerships or in-house execution.
  • Build and distribute structured reports that reflect key KPIs of individual channels.
  • Optimize and report on marketing activities across multiple online and offline channels with internal and agency stakeholders.
  • Measure, report and optimize performance weekly across multiple channels.
  • Remain informed of current and developing trends and best practices; translating them into POVs, sharing with internal team to help grow our position in the vertical.
  • Support the formal launch process of new media channels and campaigns spanning conception, partner selection, media strategy, measurement framework, creative development, user experience, and official launch.
  • Use different tracking methodologies to understand the cross-channel impact of activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure tagging and tracking implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience working across multiple paid marketing channels, online or offline, in a paid performance marketing setting at an agency or brand.
  • Experience performing quantitative analysis resulting in data-informed recommendations.
  • Experience with Offline Paid Channels (e.g. TV, Radio)
  • Experience with DSPs and ad-serving platforms a plus
  • Experience with multi-channel performance marketing executions with spend over $5mm/Quarter
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands precision
  • Expertise in reporting, data analysis, and shows a demonstrated understanding of how to use data to improve the performance of a paid marketing channel.
  • Hands-on expertise in performance of channels and working with paid performance marketing metrics
  • Knowledge of how to properly execute A/B and incrementality studies in paid media channels
  • Demonstrated ability to succinctly communicate this knowledge appropriately to audiences across a broad range of understanding and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for learning and operating outside of one’s comfort zone
  • Computer competency, including the use of a keyboard and ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is 71,000-86,000 Benefits:
