Performance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a talented and motivated remote contractor based in Argentina to join our team.

YOUR POSITION

This position is remote and with a company based in the United States. We at Shero are looking for someone to oversee paid social media campaigns, manage Google Ads, analyze performance, collaborate with the creative team, stay updated on digital trends, prepare reports, develop customer strategies, use analytics tools, and manage budgets effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience with eCommerce clients is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new strategies to improve ad performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms for performance tracking and analysis.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and achieve campaign objectives.
