As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing, as well as other growth channels. In this role, you’ll effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the Brand and Marketing lead to maximize ROAS and customers acquisition. You’ll also be an expert in A/B testing different approaches, and help us maximize our paid search.

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Manage online advertising campaigns across various channels
• Optimize advertising budgets to achieve ROAS goals
• Analyze data and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
• Build creative and effective keyword and search advertising campaigns
• Implement conversion strategies and improve marketing results
• Research and analyze competitors and identify new promotion opportunities
• Coordinate external advertising agency activities when needed
• Test new marketing tools, new ideas, new solutions
