Spark Foundry is looking for a Performance Media Specialist with programmatic experience to join our Auckland office.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years industry experience.
  • Expert understanding and working knowledge of New Zealand media landscape
  • Experience on DSP platforms & ability to activate accurately to media plans (Other ad platforms is a bonus eg paid search & paid social platforms)

Responsibilities:

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

This role operates at the intersection of performance media, combining capabilities across real-time-bidding activations with planning & strategy to accelerate the impact of media on clients’ businesses. It is responsible for all day-to-day paid digital media operations across designated client portfolio with the aim to deliver best-in-market performance media capabilities

WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

  • Help to drive a culture of best-in-class digital capabilities across the agency
  • Coach, mentor & develop junior members of Spark Foundry’s digital team
  • Advance Spark Foundry’s digital performance capabilities for campaign execution, data & tech integrations & integrate into clients’ businesses
  • Act as a performance specialist with clients, providing solutions and responses that supercharge their business results
  • Ongoing lookout/testing of new ad platforms & solutions (first in market, beta opportunities)
  • Communicate and uphold the agency’s commercial values in the data-driven marketing space
