THE VACANCY

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Property Compliance Team within the Built Environment. We’re looking for two enthusiastic solution-focused organised persons to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the very best customer related support and assisting with all areas of contract management in a busy Built Environment department.
You will be required to manage and maintain essential systems and support the delivery of servicing and work programmes across the Built Environment. Providing data and administrative support you will deliver efficient and pro-active compliance in all areas, contributing towards business objectives.
Effective performance management is key to good Housing Service delivery. This role is vital in ensuring we make accurate and timely performance returns as well as monitoring our own performance to continually improve the service we provide.

The Successful Applicant will have

  • Understanding of working in a Housing Environment, specifically Social Housing Sector
  • An understanding of Social Housing associated compliance areas
  • Good overall knowledge of relevant repairs, asset management and Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • You will be able to work well under pressure and have an eye for detail
  • You will be able to work positively and collaboratively with colleagues, partners, contractors and enforcing authorities adopting an inclusive, respectful approach and you will strongly value diversity
