Responsibilities:
- Operational
- Ensures the accuracy of calculated and provided data/critical metric results/reports, by promptly collection of information from all collaborators and validating reacquired results
- Provides support to Performance Reporting managers, Team Leaders and team members on non-standard reports, analysis, audit and global reporting packs
- Responsible for designing, crafting and delivering high quality and timely analysis/reports regarding various indicators and critical metrics
- Prepare Power BI Dashboards and presentation decks for various forums
- Ensure new process integration / migration of new activities while building the capabilities (resources, accesses etc.), detail new activities, UATs, prepare the team members for transition, hyper care supervision, controls implementation from become available.
- Work closely with the BOC Celonis project team and provide support with clarifications over important metrics methodologies, calculation samples and any other required documentation to enable the data manipulation through Celonis
- Performs monthly data validations and critical metrics results comparison (Celonis vs internal automation) during deployment stages
- Leadership
- Ensure the important metric, reporting Guidelines are embedded and sustained within the GBS/EM community through trainings and mentor, workshops and presentations, working directly and indirectly with all team members and service lines
- Fully aware of own responsibilities, capable to take decisions and make recommendations related to standard methodologies
- Relationship
- Proactively develops working relationships with global / regional teams and collaborators, working optimally with cross functional teams from various business/geographical areas
- Innovations
- Actively seeks out opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Finance reporting
- Develops and applies guidelines and procedures for calculating Finance metrics and important performance indicators, while also assisting in ongoing improvement initiatives in this field.
- Drive simplification on current activities while using sophisticated technology tools (Celonis, Alteryx, PowerBI, macros)
