Description:

Are you a performance and rewards “rock star” with a passion for people data and improving employee experience? Ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, global environment? If so, this could be the ideal role for you!
We are currently looking to hire a new Global Office Performance & Reward Partner to join our Global Office team in Copenhagen, reporting to the VP, Performance & Reward.
The primary purpose of the Global Office P&R Partner is to partner with Global Office HRDs and HRBPs to ensure appropriate use of Global Performance & Reward strategy, plans, and guidance by Global Office HRDs, leaders, and employees. This is achieved by engaging with all P&R subfunctions (Compensation, Benefits, Performance & Mobility), coordinate the adoption of existing P&R products or implement the change, and ensure effective communication and deployment.

Furthermore, key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with HRBPs on all Total Reward changes, new policies, and governance
  • Plan deployment and support implementation of P&R products and services
  • Work across Total Reward spectrum to support HRBPs & business leaders in key decisions
  • Ensure governance for pay equity (particularly at band 3 for the time being) and support leveling decisions
  • Provide a feedback loop to P&R team on Global Office adoption of P&R and engagement
  • Partner with GO HRDs to anticipate business problems and support solution design – work with the team to assess size, scale, and priority.
  • Support the documentation of P&R processes to support the” transition” to HR Operations: this ensures that established P&R Products can be deployed successfully – as required – through HRDs and HR Operations.
  • Act as SME during deployment of major P&R events or products, including yearend cycle and roll out of major change. Support HRBP team in deployment.
