Our Performance & Risk analysts work closely with our Investment Manager to monitor and maintain the suitability of their recommendations and portfolios.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Conducting Portfolio suitability file reviews for Investment Managers providing Redmayne Bentley’s Managed services.
  • Providing written and face to face feedback and suggested remedial actions on file reviews.
  • Undertaking first-line sample monitoring for Executives providing the Dealing with Advice service as well as the Execution-only service.
  • Assisting in the development of new colleagues’ knowledge of compliant behaviours towards Competent status.
  • Supporting the Firm’s Front Office Training and Competence Scheme.
