Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team as a Performance Strategist. Through daily interactions using our in-house technology, the Performance Strategist will interact with individuals of corporate teams, coaching them to generate insights and achieve set goals. This individual will play a key role in generating insights and delivering results for organizations, helping leaders hit their performance levels and KPIs.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in a large consulting firm as a consultant or analyst
- 3 years in a leadership role, with team management experience
- Great people skills and the ability to connect with a broad range of individuals
- Strong written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of current market trends and best practices
- Ability to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Comfortable with data analysis and using data to inform decision-making
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that enhance the performance of employees, teams, and organizations
- Proficient in identifying an organization’s core strengths and weaknesses and developing creative solutions for improvement
- Advanced understanding of generative AI skills and tools
Responsibilities:
- Providing daily strategy, coaching and guidance to a significant number of participants (clients) through written communication on the Impro app, dedicating a substantial portion of the day, five days a week
- Conducting regular strategy calls with participants, amounting to a few hours per week
- Serving as a consultant, analyzing data and delivering insights to clients through reports and presentations
- Actively participating in weekly training and planning meetings
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic implementations, and adjusting strategies, as necessary
- Regular collaborative work with clients and Impro team members
- Allocating a set amount of time each week to study your participants
- Dedicating a certain amount of time each week for training and your own professional growth
- Investing a specific amount of time each week to study generative AI
