12 months minimum post graduate nursing experience, experience sought in, but not limited to, Orthopaedic, gynaecology, obstetric, ENT, Vascular, Plastics, Urology, Paediatric, Endoscopy, Dental, ophthalmology, bariatric surgery and General

About the role
Our Perioperative Services consists of a large and diverse multidisciplinary team, with flexible Monday to Friday working hours and extensive professional development opportunities on offer.
Both our day surgery site and main theatre hospital operate from 0800-1800, with on call services provided after hours.
As a Registered Nurse, you have an important role to provide the highest standards of care to our patients throughout their perioperative journey and be involved in the daily planning and smooth running of theatre lists.
Calvary Riverina private hospital in Wagga Wagga, NSW, has eight modern operating theatres across two campuses, Calvary Riverina Hospital provides both day and overnight surgical medical services and for more critically ill patients, we provide Intensive Care, Coronary Care and High Dependency units.
What you bring
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Minimum 12 months post graduate nursing experience (any/all Specialities)
Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and accreditation standards
High level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and constructive relationships
Proven ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team with the ability to manage priorities and a busy workload
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and education
Demonstrated understanding for infection control principles
