JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Controller for Operational Risk Monitoring. This role encompasses second-level controls across all business processes, both front and support functions. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of risk management in coordination with business units and risk management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and design controls to ensure that operational risks are mitigated effectively.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and assess risks.
  • Propose effective remediation measures and monitor their implementation over time.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to verify compliance with established controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in internal audit or operational risk management is preferred.
  • Open to candidates looking to pivot their career towards this field.
  • Excellent proficiency in English is essential; French is a plus.
