Description:

We believe in living life at full volume, and at Bay Audio, you will have the opportunity to encourage customers to have a free hearing assessment that could change their life! This role works in a few of our local stores, offering an opportunity to change more lives!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation daily by approaching and talking to potential customers
  • Work with the store team to achieve targets
  • Support the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up on appointments for potential customers
  • Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
  • Actively encourage customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute touch screen test
  • Explain hearing results and recommend next steps to customers
  • Build rapport with new and enhance relationships with existing customers
  • Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager
