Job Overview:
Aurora Prime Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Permanent Part-Time Evening and Flexible Day Worker. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clinic’s operations during evening hours and occasional daytime shifts. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the clinic during evening hours and occasional daytime shifts.
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling on Jane platform and follow-up calls to support patient care.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic space to uphold high standards of hygiene.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings on a permanent part-time basis and occasional daytime shifts as needed.
