Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in IT market. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your main objective will be to connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities that leverage their expertise in data management, analysis, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates with expertise in data management, data engineering, data science, cloud platforms, machine learning, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other related fields.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet our clients’ hiring objectives within specified timelines.
- Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
