As the Personal Assistant (PA) to Kit Kemp, the Creative Director of Interior Design, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the creative department. You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, manage Kit Kemp’s diary, and coordinate with various stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the dynamic creative process at Kit Kemp Design Studio, contributing to the creation of extraordinary guest experiences across Firmdale Hotels.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and manage Kit Kemp’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international trips, with occasional travel to New York.
  • Support the Creative Director in managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Place orders for furniture and repairs for the Creative Director’s properties both in the UK and abroad.
  • Manage installations, deliveries, and international shipments to the Director’s properties.
  • Act as a liaison between Kit Kemp and designers, suppliers, and collaborators, assisting with photoshoots and Shop Kit Kemp.
  • Represent Kit Kemp professionally and courteously, ensuring all interactions reflect the brand’s high standards.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

OFFICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the smooth running of Kit Kemp’s office, ensuring it is well organised and efficient.
  • Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Work closely with the design team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
