    We’re looking for an Personal Assistant to support our Audit team based in Melbourne.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years PA experience within a professional services environment

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The role of the Personal Assistant is to work closely with up to four Audit Partners and to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Audit team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage email correspondence, schedule meetings, and screen calls for Partners.
  • Handle debtor management tasks, including billing, client queries, and preparation of debtors reports.
  • Support client onboarding with research, reports, proposals, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain CRM database, ensuring accurate client and opportunity information.
  • Assist with proposals, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions for Partners.
  • Coordinate travel, process expenses, and manage weekly timesheet entry for Partners.
  • Organize internal and client events, conduct project and research work as needed.
  • Maintain office systems, handle client administration tasks, and assist the Executive Assistant team.
  • Perform general administration duties efficiently.
