Responsibilities:
- Outlook diary management
- Facilitating and coordinating site meetings, events and functions as required
- Producing accurate minutes and actions for both Management and Governance meetings
- Track and ensure compliance with key dates and requirements.
- Manage Light vehicle fleet including yearly reviews of systems, induction, booking system and car management. Currently 5 vehicles.
- Site security, issue gate cards and grant access when needed, audit site security, oversee and ensure site security measures are in place, schedule, attend and minute Site Security Meetings, assist with the Site Security actions as required.
- Maintain and implement the Business Continuity Plan, facilitate BCP exersizes.
