The Lending Tribe is part of ING’s Wholesale Banking Lending Organization.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Assistant for the global head of lending delivery management. This vacancy is for the job level of 7.
Your key responsibilities are;
- Provide comprehensive support to the global head of lending delivery management, On a day-to-day basis scheduling appointments and pro-actively managing the diary. Assessing priority, sensitivity, and purpose of appointments.
- Performing administrative tasks on behalf of the Tribe Lead. Taking care of the administrative handling of new staff/transfers/leavers, expense management.
- Make travel / accommodation arrangements.
- Event and meeting planning including preparation of agendas, distribution of meeting documents.
- Plan and manage all business and social events for the department.
- Coordinate office services, such as IT/helpdesk, personnel etc.
- Will closely work together with the PA of the Head of Lending.
You have a proven track record and technical skills in:
- Solid track record in secretarial experience, high degree of organizational awareness (how to get things done in the organization)
- Knowledge of systems such as Workday and Aveksa is a prerequisite.
- Good MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills (written as well as spoken)
- Ability to work in an environment with fast changing priorities.
- Conscientious, accurate and approachable
- Good organizational skills and structured way of working; exceptional follow through, focus and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Good problem-solving skills, active listening, time management, continuous learning
- A ‘can do’ mentality, proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, combined with high cultural sensitivity to work in a highly diverse environment.
