Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Event Management: Manage the General Manager’s calendar, balancing strategic focus with team engagement, and coordinate events.
- Leadership & Team Coordination: Oversee the affiliate’s annual calendar, plan and coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and cross-company events, including MyCompany, Kick-Off, and Cycle meetings.
- Zurich Hub Representation: Act as the primary liaison for Zurich Hub activities, coordinating Swiss affiliate engagement and managing resource allocation.
- Governance & Compliance: Organize key governance meetings, such as the General Assembly and Board Meetings, in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Operational Support & Compliance: Handle documentation, fleet and parking management, and support organizational health, safety, and MAPA leadership initiatives
