Responsibilities:
This role will see you working within the Furniture & Bedding teams for Harvey Norman and Domayne onsite at the Homebush West franchisor office. As the Personal Assistant to the three General Managers, you will be the primary point of contact for all external and internal enquiries. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the General Managers and their wider team, ensuring seamless daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, managing commitments and calendars, actioning team processes and administration, and handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
This is a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave, offering a valuable opportunity to gain experience and contribute to our team during this period.
Responsibilities include;
- Coordinating meetings and calendars and recording meeting minutes and actions as needed.
- Confidently screening phone calls and effectively communicating to the General Managers.
- Reconciling and preparing accounts and expenses for payment.
- Executing administrative processes including franchisee administration.
- Assisting with producing and compiling documentation, records, reports, insights, and presentations as needed.
- Managing travel arrangements, conference planning, and committee meetings.
- Supporting other general office administrative tasks.
