Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We seek a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-4 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Degree in a related field
  • Have a good command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Professionalism at all times is important
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Have a basic command of Excel
  • Should be available to travel if necessary
  • Available to work weekends if and when required

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and arrange travel logistics for the MD and other staff members when required
  • In charge of organizing periodical social events when required
  • Implementing and maintaining databases and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Manage office administrative expenses
  • Ensure office stationery requirements are met and procured
  • Ensure office equipment and materials are always in working order, identify and plan for resolutions to issues as they arise
  • Pay all office utility and maintenance bills
  • Ensure office cars are in working order at all times
  • Run office errands as and when required
  • Take and deliver messages for the MD
  • Oversee all office support staff
  • In charge of ensuring all staff biodata is up-to-date
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Monitor and manage daily requirements of MD from other staff members
  • Reminding the MD of important outstanding tasks and deadlines
  • Keep up-to-date on the activities of the rest of the team.
  • Ensure that each member of staff has the right support from the company to carry out their tasks on each project.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as will be required.
  • Compiling and filing expense reports
  • Answer and screen calls
  • Oversee welfare-related issues of staffPoint of contact for home management/domestic staff requirements
