JOB SUMMARY

The Personal Assistant (PA) will support our company in managing their day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operation of their professional and personal life. The PA will handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and project management, allowing the principal to focus on their primary responsibilities.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and organize the principal’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences, including managing invitations, RSVPs, and catering.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands, such as grocery shopping, gift purchasing, and household management.
  • Provide support in managing personal appointments, such as medical visits or family events.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special projects or tasks as required.
  • Track progress and report on project status, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Act as a liaison between the principal and internal or external contacts.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactively address issues or challenges that arise, finding solutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Anticipate needs and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
