JOB SUMMARY
The Personal Assistant (PA) will support our company in managing their day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operation of their professional and personal life. The PA will handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and project management, allowing the principal to focus on their primary responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and organize the principal’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences, including managing invitations, RSVPs, and catering.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands, such as grocery shopping, gift purchasing, and household management.
- Provide support in managing personal appointments, such as medical visits or family events.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special projects or tasks as required.
- Track progress and report on project status, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between the principal and internal or external contacts.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively address issues or challenges that arise, finding solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Anticipate needs and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
