We are recruiting to fill the position below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a strong legal background to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support.
  • This role requires a highly organized professional capable of managing a wide range of tasks, from assisting with legal documentation to coordinating schedules and communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Legal Assistant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • Legal background, with an understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Experience working in a law firm or legal department.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and confidential files.
  • Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information for ongoing cases or projects.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and legal proceedings.
  • Communicate with clients, law firms, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the secure handling of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks as needed.
