We’re on the lookout for a fresh, energetic university graduate to join us as a Personal Assistant to our CEO. This role is based out of the CEO’s home office in Richmond Hill, providing a unique and dynamic work environment. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma from an accredited university or college is required. We are particularly keen on candidates who are university or college graduates such as Seneca, George Brown, etc.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays
  • Car is a must with an excellent driving record (Proof may be requested)
  • English Skills: Written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you’ll be handling important communications and documents.
  • Mandarin is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the go-to person for juggling multiple projects, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll track progress and follow up on tasks without needing anyone to remind you.
  • You’ll keep everything in order, from files to important documents, ensuring that the CEO has what they need at their fingertips.
  • Drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, and other destinations as needed.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist with the CEO’s personal errands and tasks to keep their day running smoothly.
  • Must be available 2-3 times a week.
