JOB SUMMARY
A luxury furniture company seeks a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior executives. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience: 2+ years as a P.A., preferably in the luxury or design industry
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
· Skills:
o Strong organizational and communication skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
o High discretion and time management skills
· Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable
