About the Role
The PA to the Leasing Director plays a critical role in supporting the Leasing Director and assisting in daily operations, with a particular focus on interactions with brokers, administrative support, and creative tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident, knowledgeable, and able to communicate effectively with brokers, offering technical and emotional support while fostering a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Broker Interaction and Support:
  • Maintain professional, confident, and knowledgeable interactions with brokers, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide technical support to junior brokers, including but not limited to:
  • Handling A2A (Agent-to-Agent) processes and consent forms.
  • Managing and updating listings on CRM platforms and property portals.
  • Monitoring and interpreting Super Agent/Tru Broker metrics.
  • Tracking and reporting in-house KPIs.
  • Creative Presentation Skills:
  • Develop and design weekly presentations for the Leasing Director, utilizing creative skills to effectively convey key updates and strategies.
  • Assist in crafting materials for meetings with brokers and stakeholders.
  • Welfare Officer Duties:
  • Act as a welfare officer for new brokers, providing a supportive and empathetic ear to their challenges and concerns.
  • Foster a welcoming environment to help new brokers integrate smoothly into the team.
  • Administrative Coordination:
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with the admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Leasing Director and other internal departments to streamline processes.
  • After-Hours and Contract Preparation Support:
  • Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager during after-hours situations, ensuring prompt and accurate contract preparation.
  • Provide on-call support when required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with brokers.
  • Understanding of real estate processes and the technical needs of junior brokers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and property portals.
  • Creative skills with experience in developing presentations.
  • Empathy and active listening skills to support the well-being of new brokers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Flexibility to work after hours when necessary.
