Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask and manage complex schedules. This role demands a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
SKILLS:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact, managing phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Project Assistance: Assist in various projects, conducting research, compiling data, and providing reports as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
