PA to Hospital Director
Pinehill Hospital| Full time, 12 month Maternity leave cover
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide support to our Hospital Director at Pinehill Hospital.
The role
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual with exceptional PA skills to provide a streamline service to the Hospital Director within the Management Office at Pinehill Hospital.
As the Personal Assistant, you will also offer support to the Head of Clinical Services and HR Manager based in the Management Office on an ad-hoc basis to help ensure that Pinehill Hospital meet the standards required by the Care Quality Commission. The role requires utilisation of an in-house training risk management and patient administration system, for which training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minute-taking skills (essential)
  • Audio typing skills (essential)
  • Shorthand (ideal)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams and Zoom
  • Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
  • Adherence to high standards of confidentiality
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
