An experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant is required to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director of a group of six roofing companies. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to play a key role in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. The role is remote (work from home).

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 4+ years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing daily operations and supporting the Managing Director with various administrative and organizational tasks. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage emails, calendars, and schedule appointments.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Assist in managing operations across multiple businesses.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and expenses.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
