REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Residency in Minna, Niger State.
- Experience using AI tools such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across personal and professional responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel at managing schedules, handling tasks with precision, and leveraging technology—especially AI tools—to boost efficiency and productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring tasks are prioritized and aligned with overall goals.
- Handle personal errands, oversee household coordination, and liaise with domestic staff as needed.
- Assist with professional communications, including drafting emails, summarizing documents, and maintaining organized files.
- Conduct research and prepare concise reports for ongoing projects.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Zoho Workplace, HubSpot, ChatGPT) to automate tasks, manage data, and enhance productivity.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support content creation and organization for YouTube and company projects related to Employer of Record (EOR) initiatives.
