Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and social media-savvy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for the entertainment industry, particularly movies, and possess excellent communication skills.
- This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, and effectively communicate on behalf of the executive.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage a complex and dynamic daily schedule, including professional commitments, media appearances, and personal appointments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Handle personal and professional correspondence across various platforms, including email, phone, and social media
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the employer’s public image and social media presence
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all aspects of the employer’s personal and professional life
- Collaborate with security personnel to ensure safety and privacy at public and private events
- Prepare briefing documents for upcoming engagements and summarize important communications
- Serve as a primary point of contact, liaising with industry professionals, including agents, managers, and creative teams
- Process and manage incoming requests, including professional opportunities, sponsorship inquiries, and media requests
- Assist with wardrobe coordination for various professional and public engagements
- Perform personal errands and manage household tasks as needed
- Manage documentation, contracts, and other important papers, ensuring everything is organized and easily accessible
- Assist in coordinating philanthropic activities and managing relationships with charitable organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages
- Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick thinking in high-pressure situations
