Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a new role created to support a Rural Director based in Salisbury.
This is a great opportunity for a talented and experienced PA to create a role, processes and structure that allows the Director focus on managing her team and her fee earning client work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage every aspect of day to day, taking care of key tasks such as managing meetings, booking appointments, full diary and email management
- Working with and supporting her to create time and space to manage the team and her clients
- First point of contact for the for the rest of the business and clients
- Manage timesheets and expenses
- Invoicing
