Do you have well-honed communication skills that equip you for a remote team? Our role as Personal Assistant and Group Coordinator Regional Services brings together all these and more!
This role is varied and dynamic, providing executive and administrative support to our General Manager, Regional Services as well some coordination across the Regional Services team. Dairy Australia’s Regional Services team delivers our on-ground services to meet the needs of the dairy industry and dairy farm businesses across Australia and is critical to achieving the business’ key purpose.
You will be a trusted and responsive assistant to our General Manager providing diary management, executive administration including travel logistics and bookings, event co-ordination, team meeting coordination, minute taking, report formatting and preparation, and finance administration. Your support to the broader team will include organising team meetings, fleet administration, and being a point of contact for queries and resolution across the regional services team.
Your honed organisation and prioritisation skills mean you effectively direct, support and traffic light workflows and matters that the General Manager is involved with. You are a clear thinker who is solutions focused and supportive and enjoy being creative with planning for meetings and events.
This role works with a remote-based General Manager who is not regularly on-site, and our Regional Services team are located across the breadth of Australia. You will ideally have experienced working for a remote-based manager and with a remote team.
