Description:

  • A personal assistant (PA) supports an individual or team by handling various administrative, logistical, and personal tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support -Managing calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Task and Time Management -Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Reminding the employer of important tasks and deadlines
  • Following up on action points from meetings
  • Communication Management -Drafting and editing correspondences
  • Assisting with project management and tracking progress on tasks
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Organizing and coordinating events, such as conferences, meetings, or social gatherings
  • Handling personal tasks like shopping, running errands, and making reservations
  • Assisting with personal projects and activities as needed.
