Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director. This role requires a reliable individual who can manage various personal and professional tasks, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Time Requirement: 2-3 days/week (hours fluctuate depending on projects)
Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English
Salary: GBP 20/hour (negotiable)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a secretary or personal assistant.
- Prior experience in handling family-related tasks, particularly with children’s education.
- Experience in the F&B industry is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Language:
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Family Support:
- Assist with educational activities and scheduling for children.
- Coordinate extracurricular activities and manage school communications.
- Research and organize family-related events and activities.
- Research and Planning:
- Conduct thorough research on various topics, providing detailed reports.
- Plan and organize travel itineraries and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage personal projects and ensure timely completion.
- Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between household and external parties.
- Facilitate effective communication within the family and with external contacts.
- Translate and interpret communications between Cantonese and English as needed.
- Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Assist with errands and household management tasks.
- Coordinate with other household staff and service providers.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
