JOB SUMMARY

We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to Director, Insights and Research to join our Data and Insight Team.
The post holder will provide an efficient and responsive administrative and organisational support service to the Director of Insights and Research, helping them to manage and prioritise their time efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. TECHNICAL SKILLS

We’ll assess you against these technical skills during the selection process:

  • Understanding and successful application of expert administrative, organisational and IT skills.
  • Ability to contribute/deliver work or projects on time to a high standard, consistently meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to plan on the basis of known workloads, regularly reviewing and revising plans in response to changes in priority.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deal confidently with a range of people in the course of daily work and to take decisions without reference where appropriate.
