Description:
This Administration role will suit a proactive and details focused individual. In the role you will support the General Manager (General Counsel), Group Legal - Communities in administration, communication, and information/workflow management, and help enhance Stockland’s Brand and the manager’s profile, partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a 12-month contract position based in our Sydney CBD office, while also offering flexibility to balance working between the office and home. The position will ideally be full time, but there may be potential for 4-days per week for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Perform diary and workflow management with a focus on diary management, travel, organisation of approvals and the provision of solid administrative secretarial support
- Organise and complete tasks, manage events, prepare presentations/correspondence, complete reports within set timeframes, draft letters and manage emails.
- Perform information management, including collecting and maintaining records, correspondence and documents.
- Provide a warm and helpful interface between the General Counsel and the key stakeholders.
- Provide relief and support to other Personal Assistants when required
