Fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Personal Assistant to support Stockland’s Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Assistant, supporting our Head of Sales, you will provide high level administrative support and play a critical role in enabling the business leader to focus on key strategic objectives and priorities. This is an interesting and diverse role which will require excellent initiative and a keen ability to effectively priortise and manage a challenging workload.
Supporting the national sales team, this role can be performed at any of our head offices with the flexibility to balance working between the CBD office and home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary and email management as well as organising events and travel
  • Preparing documentation and meeting materials, correspondence, communications and reports
  • Collecting and maintaining files, records and project files
  • Acting as the professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with timely invoice payments, expense and budget management, and other ad-hoc administration
