An exciting opportunity to join Insolvency Support has arisen and we are looking for an experienced PA. As a Personal Assistant to our Partners/Directors, you will be assisting our Partners/Directors in achieving theirs and helping them grow our business. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of meetings and events and will often be the first point of contact for our clients or potential clients so will be an ‘ambassador’ both externally and with internal facing teams.

A look into the role
As a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors in our Insolvency team you will:
- Manage complex diaries
- Coordinate travel requirements both domestic and overseas
- Monitor partner/director in-boxes and reply to emails on their behalf
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have good organisation and problem solving skills and a keen eye for attention to detail
- Be agile and adaptable
- Demonstrate discretion and trustworthiness
- Process timesheets and expenses
- Support business development activity and keep systems up to date
- Manage and/or assist with the organisation and execution of events including meetings, seminars, conferences, dinners, networking events, and corporate hospitality, whether online, hybrid, in-house, or external, as well as provide on the day support for events
- Act as a second pair of eyes and ears and help to pre-empt Partner/Director needs and requirements

Joining us as a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors the minimum criteria you’ll need is proven successful experience for working as a Personal Assistant helping those at a senior level. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Experience of working as part of a team in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and AI tools
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Proactive approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels
