As we continue to grow, we are seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support our CEO.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly intelligent, dedicated, and resourceful individual to serve as a part-time Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role is not about making coffee; it’s about making a difference. You will be an integral part of the ELVTR team, helping the CEO be the best possible version of himself by managing his calendar, conducting research, running errands, and more.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
- Cultural and time zone awareness: Experience working or studying in the USA, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and time zone challenges efficiently is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, and other productivity tools.
- Personality Traits: Stress-resistant, focused, and possessing a positive, happy personality.
- Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work across different time zones if needed.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calendar and To-Do List Management: Organize, prioritize, and oversee the CEO’s calendar and to-do list, helping him focus on high-priority tasks.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics as directed by the CEO.
- Errands and Logistics: Handle personal and professional errands to help the CEO focus on strategic tasks.
