POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO/Office Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions and office management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and confidence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in an office based role.
  • Multi-tasking & Prioritisation: Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive Approach: Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of people, both internally and externally.
  • Solution-Oriented: Focus on finding solutions and driving positive outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure all responsibilities are executed efficiently.
  • Confidence: Display confidence in handling various challenges and decision-making.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling calls, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of time.
  • Communication: Serve as the chief liaison between the CEO and team members or external parties, handling communications with clarity and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Operations Manager including document preparation, project work, investor relations and any other duties as they arise.
  • Travel Coordination: Organise and manage travel itineraries, bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
